Coya Restaurant Miami
Everett and his wife dined at the Coya Restaurant located in Miami. Coya's valet service attended to them when they arrived. The rustic wood entry canopy compliments the theme of this high-end Peruvian restaurant.
As they entered they were introduced to Coya's famous Pisco Bar. They couldn't resist trying their signature Pisco Sour while waiting to be seated. It was surprisingly smooth with a touch of tart. After finishing up their drinks the hostess guided them to their table across from the Ceviche Counter. From start to finish Coya's staff set the standard on how to service restaurant patrons. The six member wait staff was outstanding while serving the Tapas, Main entrees and Desserts.
The dinner started with Tapas (which encompass various little appetizers): Tortillas con Guacamole, Ensalada de Maiz, Atun Arroz Crocante, Tacos de Vieiras, Tacos de Salmon, Causa Tradicional and the Ceviche Clasico.
The main entrees were the Langostino Tigre al Josper and the special of the night The Pato Asado over a bed of rice. The Langostino was the freshest they ever had and the Pato Asado was exquisite.

The evening ended with a delicious dessert, the Sundae de Maiz.
