A Night Out At The Dolphin Mall/ Kona Grill
Everett Waterman and his wife dined at the Kona Grill and enjoyed the polished ambiance of this new restaurant. The backlit counters and walls were very modern and added to their dining experience. The staff was very attentive and he could tell the positive effects it had on the other patrons smiling throughout the night.
To take the edge of off searching for parking spots, they took full advantage Kona Grill's valet service. While the valet parked their car they sipped on Kentucky Mules.
They started the night off with the two Chef Plates: the Tuna Wonton chips and the Abalone & Scallop Ceviche. Both were very light and delicious but what stuck out to them was the freshness of the seafood. What a variety on the menu! He selected the Clam Chowder Soup with Applewood Bacon.
His wife had the Chilean Sea Bass paired with fried rice and Asian-style vegetables. He ordered the NY Strip Steak, which was the BEST he ever had.
The desserts were exquisite, all made fresh on site. The Butter Cake and Key Lime Pie were more than enough for two people to share.
They finished off the night enjoying the excellent live band playing Latin music on the patio. Good Food, Great Company and a Superb Night.
