In the increasingly competitive restaurant and hospitality market, owners need a means of distinguishing their business from their competitors. In the restaurant pictured above, the combination of a standing seam and retractable roof design along with motorized clear window shades provides aesthetic beauty, comfort and protection from the elements. The brand innovation cultivated from the distinction of the design along with the outdoor ambiance separates the restaurant from competitors, draws patrons in and displays the type of character the business owners would like to portray. There is now a year long "in demand" seating area.

Case Study
TRANSFORMING OUTDOOR SPACE
|
|
The customer needed a solution that maximized the use of their outdoor dining area which was susceptible to inclement weather. Our solution was to create an outdoor enclosed structure that included a Metal Roof customized with fans, lighting and motorized All Weather Shades. The new enclosed area now allows for maximum comfort and seating year round thus improving the potential for additional revenue. An additional desire of the customer was to keep a tree located in the middle of the outdoor dining area which was incorporated into the design of the metal roof. The preservation of the tree along with view of the waterfront provided by the All Weather Shades creates the nature ambiance the customer wanted for the patrons.
